Dutch Tours and Transfers is a ground transportation and private tour company based in the Netherlands.

Payment and invoicing details: billing address, VAT number, payment status and invoice information. We do *not* store your full card details on our own systems.
Communication data: messages you send to us by email, contact form, WhatsApp or other channels, and notes related to your booking or enquiry.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and similar basic information generated when you visit our website.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

To handle enquiries and provide quotations.

Chauffeurs and subcontractors - to perform your booked transfer or tour when we use trusted partners.
